Professional Conversion Programme for Digital Operations Talents
Digital marketing skills are essential for every marketer hoping to connect with customers, understand buying behaviours with the ultimate goal to ramp up sales and/or gain market share. With online shopping on the rise globally, running a successful e-commerce operation also requires in-depth knowledge of logistics management softwares. From learning to be adept at social media platforms for better customer engagement, creating effective marketing campaigns as well as optimising delivery for e-commerce, PCP for Digital Operations Talent will help you get started to leverage technology for business growth quickly.
Target trainees:
- New hires (SC/PR) in digital marketing and/or e-commerce related roles in the furniture/furnishings sector, or related industries (Architectural/Interior Design Firms / Renovation Contractors / Design Studios etc). Eligible new hires to commence programme within first 3 months of employment.
- Existing hires (SC/SPR) to be reskilled and redeployed within company, to handle digital marketing and/or e-commerce related responsibilities. Existing hires should have been with company for minimum 1 year already, to be considered.
Successful applicants to undergo 28 days of training (online) and On-The-Job training, to be completed over 6 months.
Up to $36,000 salary support per eligible staff, and up to 90% course fee support are offered.
Professional Conversion Programme
for Designers
From learning how to prepare new designs and prototypes, to picking up production knowledge, understanding the application of professional practices in design projects, PCP for Designers aims to equip company-sponsored trainees with pertinent skillsets for design-related occupations in the furniture/furnishings sector or its related industries.
Target trainees:
- New hires (SC/PR) in design-related roles in the furniture/furnishings sector, or related industries (Architectural/Interior Design Firms / Renovation Contractors / Design Studios etc). Eligible new hires to commence programme within first 3 months of employment.
- New hires should be offered a design-related job which is different from their previous employment (such as Furniture Designer, Product Designer, Interior Designer, Sales Designer etc)
Successful applicants to undergo 28.5 days of training and On-The-Job training, to be completed over 6 months.
Up to $36,000 salary support per eligible staff, and up to 90% course fee support are offered.
