Course Content:
Understand how to maximise customer acquisition, retention and conversion using awareness campaigns around new service offerings, how to create brand values aligned customer experience around the adoption of delivery optimisation systems, how to improved delivery optimisation models using analysis on the performance and in-ventory movement

Course Objectives:
At the end of each learning unit, the learner will be able to:

  • Conduct awareness campaigns around new service offerings to maximise customer acquisition, retention and conversion
  • Evaluate and communicate with technology or logistics partners to create brand values aligned customer experience around the adoption of delivery optimisation systems
  • Conduct analysis on the performance and inventory movement enabled by improved delivery optimisation models
