Course Content:
Design and development of an organisation’s products, services, web properties and visual assets related to UI and UX Strategies. Learn insights of customer behaviour into tasks related to the design and development, engage stakeholders on the design specifications. Understand the impact of logos and trademarks related to the design concept, usability evaluation for site design improvement and site design improvement opportunities

Course Objectives:
At the end of each learning unit, the learner will be able to:

  • Perform UI and UX strategies related to the design and development of an organisation’s products, services, web properties and visual assets
  • Review insights of customer behaviour into tasks related to the design and development of an organisation’s products, services, web properties and visual assets
  • Apply communications skills with stakeholders on the design specifications
  • Review the impact of logos and trademarks related to the design concept
  • Perform usability evaluation for site design improvement
  • Propose opportunities for site design improvement

To be eligible for funding, company-sponsored staff attending courses must be employed by company, and company also contributes CPF to staff.
