Course Content:
Understand Measurement of Data Analytics and Strategy, customers’ requirements using Deep Dive Analysis, key analytics activities, effectiveness of data-driven analytics tools and technologies used, budgeted investment in data analytics tools, technology and resources.

Course Objectives:
At the end of each learning unit, the learner will be able to:

  • Conduct measurement of Data Analytics and Identify web analytics strategy
  • Conduct needs analysis of customer using Deep Dive Analysis
  • Conduct key analytics activities
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of data-driven analytics tools and technologies used
  • Conduct budgeted investment in data analytics tools, technology and resources
  • Write report for Data driven decision making process from analytics findings, trends and consumer insights
